Helper
Helpers are the first step into the R&R staff team. this role is for trusted community members who want to help players, support server activity, and learn how staff operations work before receiving higher-level responsibilities. as a Helper, you are expected to be active, respectful, calm, and willing to learn. you will help answer player questions, guide new players, handle rule-breaking, support events when needed, and assist higher staff with basic server and Discord duties. accepted Helpers must complete staff training before receiving full responsibilities. during training, management will teach you the rules, commands, expectations, punishment standards, reporting process, and how to handle common staff situations. Your performance, attitude, activity, and judgment will be reviewed before you are considered for permanent staff or promotion.
responsibilities
- help players in-game and in discord
- answer basic questions about the rules, gameplay, and server systems
- report rule breaks, bugs, exploits, and player issues to higher staff
- stay calm and respectful when dealing with player problems
- help with events, tickets, and community stuff when needed
- follow staff training, punishment guidelines, and management instructions
- represent R&R properly and act mature while staffing
requirements
- 150+ hours on unturned
- played R&R for at least 1 week
- level 3+ in the discord
- able to be active at least 10 hours per week
- working microphone
- able to communicate clearly in english
- mature, respectful, and responsible
- good understanding of the R&R rules
- willing to complete staff training before getting full responsibilities
preferred
- previous staff or moderation experience
- experience helping players in discord or other game communities
- strong knowledge of R&R gameplay, rules, and economy
- good availability during peak server hours
- interest in helping with events
- able to stay calm under pressure
- able to take feedback and improve
