R&R Helper Application

apply here if you want to join the R&R staff team as a helper. please answer honestly and put effort into your responses. low effort, troll, copied, or dishonest applications will most likely be denied. if you are accepted, you will still need to complete staff training before getting full responsibilities.

give your best estimate.

how many hours do you have on unturned?*

you need at least 150 hours on unturned to apply.

how many hours per week can you be active?*

include both server and discord activity if possible.

what times are you usually available?*

try to be specific so we know when you would actually be around.

what languages do you speak?*

include how comfortable you are with each language if you want.

have you ever been staff on an unturned server before?*

if you have no past staff experience, just say no and explain why you still think you would be a good fit.

have you ever moderated a discord server or another game community before?*

we want to know if you have experience dealing with players, reports, arguments, or community issues.

do you have any leadership experience?*

this does not have to be from unturned. explain anything that shows you can be responsible and trusted.

why do you want to become staff on R&R?*

be honest. we are looking for people who actually care about helping the server, not just getting powers.

what would make you a good helper?*

talk about your attitude, activity, rule knowledge, communication, and how you handle players.

what makes you different from other applicants?*

do not just say you are active or nice. give a real answer.

what is one weakness you have that could affect you as staff?*

we care more about honesty and self-awareness than perfect answers.

a player is angry in chat and accusing another player of breaking rules. what would you do?*

we want to see if you can stay calm, get both sides, and not make the situation worse.

one of your friends breaks a server rule. how would you handle it?*

staff are expected to be fair, even when the person involved is a friend.

a player says they lost items because of a bug, but they have no proof. what would you do?*

think about proof, logs, asking higher staff, and not giving items without a proper reason.

you see another staff member handling a situation badly. what would you do?*

we want staff who can handle issues maturely without starting drama.
