R&R Apply collects staff applications, helps reviewers make decisions, and gives us enough site data to keep the process reliable and easy to use.
application answers, draft answers, reviewer notes, admin actions, contact details, analytics IDs, passwords, database information, and deployment keys are private. they must not be shared outside the proper R&R review or administration process.
admin pages are for authorized R&R reviewers only. reviewers should use them for application decisions, follow-up messages, notes, queue cleanup, site operations, and approved analytics review—not for unrelated purposes.
analytics may be used to understand traffic, application progress, unfinished-form exits, field errors, device differences, referral sources, page performance, and parts of the site that may be confusing.
analytics must not be used to reveal application answers, connect anonymous behavior to an application decision, identify or embarrass individual applicants, make unfair assumptions about a person, or build unrelated advertising profiles. R&R should collect only the data described in the privacy notice and limit access to authorized admins.
do not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect private records, manipulate analytics, automate fake traffic, submit malicious content, overload the service, or interfere with another applicant. suspicious traffic may be filtered, rate limited, blocked, or investigated.
R&R applications are for community staff roles. staff is unpaid work focused on helping players, supporting the server, handling community situations calmly, and learning how staff systems work.
these roles should not be described as employment, a job offer, or a wage promise unless R&R creates a separate written agreement for that.
the goal is simple: protect applicants, protect reviewers, collect only useful and disclosed information, and keep the R&R application process easy to trust.
