when you apply

• use your own player details and do not pretend to be someone else.
• answer clearly and honestly so reviewers can make a fair decision.
• do not spam, troll, copy answers, submit harmful content, or abuse the forms.
• do not submit passwords, payment details, private tokens, or anything unrelated to the role.
• do not try to access admin pages, private records, analytics reports, or anything you are not allowed to see.

community role

R&R staff roles are community help roles. they are for supporting players, helping the server run smoothly, learning staff systems, and building experience with moderation and player support.

these roles are not paid work. applying does not create a job, employment relationship, contract, wage promise, interview, or guaranteed role.

privacy and analytics

we use basic analytics to understand how people use the site, where applications are started, completed, or left unfinished, which fields cause errors, and whether pages are loading properly. basic analytics are on by default unless you turn them off, and they do not follow you across visits.

enhanced analytics are optional. they help us understand returning visits, complete sessions, completion time, and which traffic sources lead to applications using anonymous IDs, and may use PostHog. analytics never include application or draft answers. you can change your choice from the footer, and your choice does not affect your application or review.

availability and security

R&R may update, pause, limit, or take the site offline for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security.

attempts to bypass access controls, interfere with submissions, scrape private records, manipulate analytics, overload the service, or exploit the site may be blocked and may affect eligibility for R&R roles.
