trial moderators help with reports, questions, and basic rule enforcement. this role is for players who can communicate clearly, stay calm, and follow staff process.
what you will do
- watch for basic player reports and support requests.
- help enforce rules fairly and consistently.
- send serious issues to senior staff with clear context.
- represent R&R professionally in-game and in discord.
